5. Product Safety and Proper Use
IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE: Our cutting tools are industrial-grade implements designed for metalworking applications. Improper use can result in serious injury or death.
Products must be used only by trained and experienced personnel.

Payment is due at time of order.
We accept credit card payments via Stripe, Inc. for online orders.
Quotes & Purchase Orders: contact us directly. Payment is accepted by ACH.
We reserve the right to require advance payment or credit approval.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Title and risk of loss pass to buyer upon shipment.
Buyer is responsible for inspection upon receipt.
Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours.
9. Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy:
Returns must be authorized in advance by contacting customer service.
Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Custom or modified tools cannot be returned.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective.
Restocking fees may apply (typically 15-25%).
Defective Products:
We will replace or refund defective products at no charge.
Defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.
Misuse or abuse voids warranty coverage.
